Broccoli is very healthy and I love its subtle sweet flavor. This time I wanted to mix it up and roast it in the oven which keeps the broccoli crisp and tender. This makes for a great alternative to the old steamed broccoli. Now, add Bacon! The maple syrup actually caramelizes on the Bacon to make a delicious candied taste! You can't go wrong on this one!
