Every year our friends host an Orphans Easter Dinner for friends in Colorado that don't have extended family here to enjoy the holiday with. We all bring different dishes and beverages and have a huge party. Last night was this year's Easter dinner!
There is a running joke with some of the husbands about the love of Bacon. As a joke I thought it would be funny to make a Bacon platter for everyone to enjoy as an appetizer. It was a hit with adults and kids. No Bacon left behind....well that is at least the family house rule.
