Today is National "Pick Blueberries Day" and our minds immediately went to Bacon Blueberry Pancakes!!
The idea of improving on bacon is nearly ludicrous, until you consider the addition of blueberries, a blanket of sweet pancake batter and maple syrup!
Use your favorite Pancake recipe, adding cooked Bacon and Blueberries into the mixture!!
