Shipping meat is a tricky process! Please listen up:

We typically have a 2-3 day lead time before your order will ship since everything is made fresh to order. We don’t like food sitting around our kitchens and we think you’ll appreciate the freshness of our smoked meats.

Orders are shipped Monday – Wednesday and can be delivered to you Wednesday – Saturday. Packages cannot be delivered on Sundays or Mondays.

DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES OR A.P.O/F.P.O. ADDRESSES?

Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

HOW IS IT PACKAGED?

The meat is packaged and then put into an insulated box with plenty of dry ice. Our packaging combination ensures that your products arrive refrigerated to frozen and ready to chow down on safely.

It is fine and perfectly normal if very little to no dry ice is left in the box. As long as the items are cool to the touch they are fine to eat.

Once the package is received, you will want to put it in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible.
