Make some Chicken Salad for your party! I'm absolutely crazy about this one. Why? BECAUSE BACON. Also, using sour cream in place of some of the mayonnaise gives a subtle tang to this salad, which offsets the saltiness of the Bacon perfectly. As always, a scattering of crisp celery and chopped nuts gives a little bit of crunch, too.
