Today is National Lasagna Day and one of my favorite things about lasagna is the versatility of ingredients you can use! Lasagna is basically a layered pasta dish, but what is layered in there is up to you - so why not add BACON!
Personally, I would add crispy Bacon in each layer, and add a Bacon Weave on top (but, Bacon crumbles would work too!).
Bacon would go great with either a ground beef or chicken filling (but, you couldn't go wrong with just bacon & cheese either!).
