Bacon Maple Cream Pastries!

I made a pastry bar the other day, and included in it was a little pastry I made up to mimic the flavors of my favorite doughnut. The pastry is made from puff pastry, and I filled it with a homemade maple cream cheese filling & topped with freshly fried Bacon. Oh. my. gosh. It was absolutely delicious!
