Today is National Chocolate Parfait Day, but, being a Bacon Addict, I came up with this instead! I call it the Bacon Parfait! I don't have a recipe, it is created with leftovers. Pulled Pork, Mashed Potatoes, Baked Beans, Bacon Gravy, and of course, Bacon!
