Bacon Pistachio Cookies!

To celebrate National Pistachio Day, I decided to try this recipe. They are a dense shortbread type of savory cookie. They have the saltiness of Bacon, a mild sweetness like a Wheat Thin, the nuttiness of pistachios, and a hint of thyme in the background.
