I am such a sucker for a pinwheel. Any time I make one for an appetizer, they’re gone in a flash. Go ahead and double the recipe…I promise you, they’ll all be devoured. I also love pinwheels because they make a quick little breakfast (I’ve made them for overnight guests before and along with some fruit and coffee, their morning meal was complete!), plus, they’re good for lunch too. Anyway you slice it, pinwheels are my jam. These have creamy ranch, crispy Bacon, deli turkey and and Swiss…yum!
