Shrimp Scampi is one of my favorite dishes of all time, but I’ve only recently discovered how much better it is with Bacon! Honestly, I think shrimp and Bacon make a pretty perfect pair, especially when you toss them with some melted butter, garlic, a dash of lemon and some pasta for a quick and easy meal.
