In honor of National S'mores Day, I thad to share this! Everything is better with Bacon, even S'mores!!

To assemble take a graham cracker and place a piece of chocolate on it then top with a toasted marshmallow and crispy Bacon! You could also go old school and roast the marshmallow on a stick or skewer over a fire or gas stove top. Then top with another graham cracker and try to resist having another one.
