Bacon makes everyone happy in the family and that’s who we’re cooking for here. When I’m planning a party, it’s a pretty safe bet that any appetizer with Bacon will go fast! I was thinking about an appetizer I could take to our friend’s for a Christmas brunch and realized I had to make these Bacon wrapped figs.
The flavor of these is sweet and savory. I love the peppery, smoky flavor of the Bacon with the sweet flavor of the figs. They’re great for a get together with friends anytime but I especially loved them for brunch. Plus, you can get them all wrapped in their Bacon blankets and pop them in the fridge until they’re ready to go in the oven, up to two day ahead of time, making them the perfect app for your next party!
