This super cheesy mac and cheese starts with Bacon cooked in a skillet and this magical cheese sauce is created out of the Bacon drippings. Your favorite beer is cooked right into the mixture and smoked paprika and ground chile de arbol are added in. These flavors result in a restaurant quality mac and cheese unlike anything that you have had before. Its ready in less than half an hour.
Bacon, beer and cheese happen to be one of my favorite flavor combinations. The cooked beer imparts a very distinctive flavor that you can not get with any other ingredient. Some of our favorite all time dishes were created using this flavor profile.
