Beer & Bacon Pecan Bars!

It's Pecan Cookie Day! Pecans always remind me of fall, and for years I have always wondered what pecan pie would be like with Bacon! And so I got to thinking, can't have Bacon without beer! Well, it turns out, these are the best pecan bars I have ever had!
