It's also a great football-watching and tailgate recipe.If you decide to make this and cart it to a game, prepare Apple–Kraut separately, in advance, and reheat in a pan on the grill. Braise Bacon-brats in advance and grill to order. Serve on a plate or hoagie roll, top with Apple-Kraut and pass the spicy mustard.
