With Labor Day weekend almost upon us, I wanted to share one of my favorite burger recipes.
What is a Beer Can Burger you ask? It is an edible burger bowl filled with your favorite stuffings, topped with your favorite cheese and wrapped in BACON!
What about the beer can? Yes this dish goes well with a nice cold beer, but the can is used as a mold to shape the meat bowl before cooking.
Beer can burgers can be grilled, smoked, pan-fried or baked. They are very versatile both in terms of the recipe and ingredients for the base and for the stuffing and toppings.
