This cookie is packed with a few of my favorite thing: toffee, chocolate, Bacon, bourbon and marshmallows. I know it’s a mouth full. However, this combination is literally amazing.

First of all, Bacon and chocolate, hello! It’s one of my favorite combination. Plus you throw in a little bit of toffee for some added sweetness. I decided to add some mini marshmallows into the cookies for the added s’mores factor.
