Today is National Pineapple Upside Down Cake Day. Yes, they have a day for that. Anyway, it got me thinking about candied Bacon and Pineapple. Ok, I admit it, everything gets me thinking about Bacon. I searched the internet and found this wonderful recipe!
These Candied-Bacon Wrapped Pineapple skewers take only minutes to make and they disappeared before I could blink an eye. I know they’ll be a repeat for this family. Oh, and there’s a wonderful Honey-Sriracha Sauce for dipping.
