This is a smoked bourbon caramel apple Bacon bomb!

It all begin by wrapping peeled apples with Bacon, then smoking them until the apple is soft and tender and the Bacon is perfectly crisp. Once smoked, the Bacon wrapped apples are dipped in a homemade bourbon-infused caramel before being served to the waiting guests.
