Sweet and salty is my favorite flavor combination, and this brittle has definitely got that going on. I used my all-time very favorite Bacon for this – the Cherry Hardwood Smoked Bacon from Jones Dairy. Seriously – that Bacon is amazing. As good as it is on it’s own, combine that with some cashews and sweet brittle – it really is a match made in heaven.
I even had the thought to do some chocolate dipped. Yeah. Totally trying that next time.
