Elvis Ice Cream Sandwiches!
Today is National Ice Cream Sandwich Day. And, since it is the month in remembrance of The King, we will celebrate with the best thing since sliced Bacon!
I couldn’t get the thought of combining ice cream and Bacon together out of my mind. And, knowing my fondness of all things off the wall, I couldn’t also ask myself if a little banana – ala the Elvis – wouldn’t be a bad addition. Well, where there’s a will, there’s a way. Armed with some Skinny Cow Peanut Butter and Chocolate Ice Cream sandwiches, real Bacon bits, and a banana, I set off to create the Elvis Ice Cream Sandwich.
