All you have to do to replicate this masterpiece is make a Bacon weave, cut it into a circle, wrap it around your closest cannoli tube, and shove it in your oven to bake. Though a true Bacon cannoli should stick to the ricotta-and-chocolate chip stuffing, we also recommend filling your Bacon cannoli shells with mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, or another Bacon cannoli. Whichever you choose, make sure your cardiologist is on stand-by you'll be satisfied.
