Hot Cross Buns and Bacon taste good on their own, so why not put them together? You'll get sweet, salty and buttery flavors similar to Bacon topped pancakes with maple syrup. But this is much easier to cook and eat. The Bacon is best crispy and the buns are best warm and buttery.
