Once caught on Bacon Train, you do not want to get off too quickly. This idea came to me when I was trying out some ice cream recipes.

This sauce is similar to a taffy that tastes as if you had eaten crispy Bacon too. A little tip for serving: Heat the caramel to a gooey warm, so it can be spread on the ice cream beautifully and makes a wonderful contrast to the ice cold ice cream. Enjoy!
