In honor of National "Black Cow" Day (aka Root Beer or Coke Float), we present this Maple Bacon Ice Cream Bourbon Root Beer Float!!
INGREDIENTS:
8-12 oz, Root Beer or Cola
2 oz Bourbon
1/2 – 1 cup maple bacon ice cream (see ice cream recipe at link below)
Simple but tasty recipe. Fill a large glass with ice cream.
Next add 2-4 ounces of bourbon.
Finally top off with your favorite root beer or cola.
The root beer reacts with the ice cream and creates a delicious foam.
