You know how sometimes you try a new taste, and you can’t stop thinking about it? Well, that’s what happened to me when I had an event breakfast where they served the most delicious Bacon delicacy.

It involved Bacon and maple syrup and brown sugar and pecans. Yes, pecans! I never, ever would have thought to sprinkle pecans (or any nuts) on Bacon, but now that I’ve tasted it, I can’t get enough.

So I made my own version of it at home, and baby, this is good!
