While this Bacon buttermilk gravy version is not your classic poutine, I love fries, gravy and Bacon - so this was a must try!!
You can use any type of fries you like (tater tots, curly fries etc). The gravy is super-fun to make. Using Bacon fat, watching it swirl together and thicken, rich with cream and fresh buttermilk ... then pouring it over the crunchy fries, riddled with those glorious cheese curds. Topped with crispy Bacon bits. YUM!!
