Papaya & Bacon Spinach Salad!

Hickory smoked Bacon adds a true fall touch to this spinach salad with a Caribbean touch. You could use Bacon bits, you could microwave the Bacon, but it you bake or fry it, this recipe lets the hickory smoked flavor float throughout the salad including the tropical fruit papaya.
