A dessert fit for the King of Rock and Roll! An icebox cake is a dessert consisting of whipped cream and wafer cookies. The cake is then left overnight in the refrigerator (or "icebox"). The wafers absorb moisture from the whipped cream and it is served in slices (so you can see all the layers). It is the perfect summer treat!!
