Who cares! I want BACON! So, staying with the theme of the holiday.....Berries in a Blanket! At some point in the future, we’re going to look back and realize how absurd it was to wrap everything in Bacon (NOT!). We’re not there yet though, so in the meantime, I’m going to indulge. These are strawberries, wrapped in Bacon and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Yes, they are delicious (and perfect for the Big Game!).
