Today Is National Microwave Oven Day!
I actually love cooking Bacon in the microwave (quick, less clean-up), but more importantly I must have SUPER crispy Bacon (and the micro gets it all crispy, all of the time!). Does anyone else use the microwave to cook Bacon?
