Today Is National Pigs-in-a-blanket Day!! You have not truly enjoyed Pigs In a Blanket, until you've had them wrapped in Bacon!!

Bacon Wrapped Pigs In Blanket recipe:

    Ingredients
Bacon (at least one slice per roll)
Hot dogs, Sausages or Cocktail Franks
    Store bought refrigerated crescent rolls

    Directions
Step 1: Cut hot dogs or sausages into 2 inches in length, and then cut them in half width wise (min franks are already the perfect size!). Cut bacon slices into the same length. Pan fry franks or sausage on both sides for about 3 minutes each or until a bit crispy on the outside. Pan fry bacon separately for about 2 minutes on each side (don’t cook it until it is too crispy, or else you won’t be able to wrap it).

Step 2: Wrap a slice of bacon around the sausage or franks. Wrap the crescent roll around this bacon wrapped sausage. Wrap another slice of bacon around the entire crescent roll. Lay on baking sheet (parchment paper preferred, but certainly not necessary).

Step 3: Bake for 12-15 minutes (or until golden brown) at 375F. Enjoy!
