ARE THE MEATS FULLY COOKED?

Our ribs, pulled meats, brisket, ham and turkey are slow smoked by us to seal in the special Pig of the Month flavor and save you time. All you have to do is reheat and eat!

Bacon and sausages are smoked, and while you can technically eat them “raw” we don’t recommend it — so we include our top 5 ways to prepare both products in your order.

You'll get a booklet with each order that includes lots of ways to reheat your meats depending on what's most convenient for you. Grill, Oven, Microwave or Slow Cooker -- We've got you covered!

HOW IS IT PACKAGED FOR SHIPMENT?

The meat is packaged and then put into an insulated box with plenty of dry ice. Our packaging combination ensures that your products arrive refrigerated to frozen and ready to chow down on safely.

It is fine and perfectly normal if very little to no dry ice is left in the box. As long as the items are cool to the touch they are fine to eat. Once the package is received, please put it in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible.

WHAT IS THE EXPIRATION ON PERISHABLES?

Items can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
