This Hickory Smoked Peppered Coated Dry Cured Bacon is sliced EXTRA THICK. We call this "BACON STEAK" and it's great bbq grilled, baked, or skillet fried. For bacon lovers this is the ultimate choice.
This dry cured bacon starts with the most select slabs of bacon. The slabs are rubbed with sugar cure and coated in pepper. After aging and curing, it's slow smoked over Natural Hickory wood chips. This extra pepper coating really enhances the bacon, without overwhelming our Original award winning flavor.
Slabs are hand trimmed and thick sliced. Center cut slices are vacuum packaged in a one pound size. Unopened packages of bacon store for months in the freezer so stock up and save. INCLUDES 4 X 1LB PACKAGES.
