I went my very first Kentucky Derby in 2009. It was so exciting! I attended a cooking class with all my friends. Chef David Moeller from Sullivan University was frying three pounds of bacon for about 30 minutes. I politely asked him, "Why are you frying all of that bacon?" He replied, "For the Hot Bacon dressing for our Spinach Salad that we're preparing." I said, "You can't buy it?" He said, "I wish you could!"

I immediately came home and started doing research. We then packaged it. It's the secret ingredient your kitchen is missing.
