This dry cured bacon starts with the most select slabs of bacon. The slabs are rubbed with sugar cure and then sAfter aging and curing, it's slow smoked over Natural Hickory wood chips. Slabs are hand trimmed and thickly sliced (4 slices per inch) to give it a special texture and taste.
Center cut slices are vacuum packaged in a one pound size. Unopened packages of bacon store for months in the freezer so stock up and save. INCLUDES 4 x 1LB PACKAGES.
