    Monday Munchies! Bacon Bombs!

These delicious bombs are different from anything you’ve had before. Always a favorite, easy to make, and can be made ahead and baked when you need them.

    Ingredients:

    1 loaf White Bread
    4 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Chives
    1 pound Bacon
    1 box Toothpicks
2 packages (8 Oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened

    Directions:

Cut bacon pieces in half. Trim bread crusts. Add chopped chives to softened cream cheese. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons cream cheese over each bread slice. Continue until you run out of cream cheese. Cut bread slices in half and roll up, jelly roll style. Take a bacon piece and wrap around the rolled up bread/cream cheese. Secure with a toothpick.
Place bombs on a rack over a baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bacon is as crisp as you like it.
You may use other flavored cream cheese, other bread types, etc.
