How should I use Bacon Jam?
In Seattle, it is used on the popular "skillet burger": grass fed beef, cambozola, and arugula served on a brioche roll. Other folks have tried it on baked potatoes and grilled cheese sammyâs, in BJLTâs and omelets, and even as a base for a vinaigrette dressing or reduction.
One jar. Net weight: 4 oz.
Like any other "canned" or "jarred" product, the Bacon Jam does NOT require refrigeration until after opening (so, it is safe for transit without cold packs and it can be stored on a shelf until it is opened). Please refrigerate after opening.
